There are some Portuguese citizenship eligibility rules for the Goans who live in the UK. These are:
Birthright
If you are born during the Portuguese colonial rule over Goa, that is, in any of the former Portugal territories of Goa, before its liberation in December 1961, you are eligible for a Portuguese citizenship.

If your parents or grandparents were born in the colonial territories before the date of annexation, you have the right to claim citizenship based on ancestry.
